If you think the amount of sugar in juice is bad, you should see soda!!

Take the most common soda for example, Coca-Cola, it has 44g of sugar in just one cup (8oz). Keep in mind, a can of coke is 12oz

Artificial sugar damages your heart and promotes obesity.

Artificial sugars take away your energy and cause addictions... Bad ones. Therefore causing tiredness and lack of exercise, which causes obesity.

Water promotes a healthy life style and over all good health, it has no sugar and hydrates you. Next time you're thirsty, rethink your beverage choice.
