• 10 Commandments (No polytheism, no idolatry, no using God's name in Vain, keep Sabbath holy day, respect parents, no murder, no adultery, no stealing, no false evidence against neighbors, no envy of neighbors)
• Jesus Christ came down from heaven to free everyone from sin and spread word of God
• Christmas is celebrated to celebrate the birth of Jesus
• Easter celebrates the resurrection of Jesus Christ
• Lent is a fourty day fast of something close to the person observing Lent
• God is in three forms, the Trinity (the Holy Father, the Holy Son, the Holy Spirit)
• Pray in a Church

Islamic Beliefs

• 5 Pillars (Belief in One God, Have to pray 5 times a day, Fast in Ramadan, Pay charity, Pilgrimage to Mecca)
• Muhammad is the last messenger and he shared the word of God through the Quran
• Jesus is a normal prophet
• Celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr at the end of Ramadan and Eid-ul-Adha during the time of Pilgrimage
• Submission to God
• Pray in a Mosque

• It is believed to be word from God and his ideas and message that He wants to spread.
• It tells us what is right and what is wrong and of God’s plan of salvation in Jesus Christ.
• The Bible contains poems, prose, hymns, and parables. There is a lot of symbolism in the Bible

Quran

Quran

• The Quran contains history, stories, poetry, rhymes, law, philosophy, medicine, science.
• It is believed to be the verbatim word of God and a structure for a way of Life.
• The main idea in the Quran is that There is no God but Allah, and Muhammad is the last Messenger
• The Quran is poetic by nature because it all rhymes. There are rhythmic prose, parables, stories, laws, and commandments. There are a lot of metaphors
• It is believed that the Quran is holy because of it's literacy inimitability.

• Creation story is found in Genesis 1 and 2 in Old Testament
• God created the univerise by saying "Let there be light". He rested on the seventh day. Adam was made from the soil. Adam named the creatures. Eve came from Adam's ribs. The serpent got them to eat the apple, and they were kicked out of paradise.
• Humans are believed to be the superior creature
