1. Research: 3-6 weeks. Here we will have a kick-off meeting, develop a detailed timeline, a content audit, and review web analytics.

2. Strategy: 3-6 weeks. During strategy, we will create graphic standards. This standards will guide typography, imagery, and the overall color palette. A content strategy will also be created, which will outline the proposed site navigation. These items will be presented during a creative strategy presentation.

3. Creative: 5-8 weeks. Critical phase. We will consider user interfaces for the desktop version and optimize design for mobile platforms. We will also determine WCMS and finalize the content inventory. Wireframes will show you the basic outline and usability testing will be conducted. Content and photography plans are finalized.

4. Production: 4-6 weeks. All content is finalized and programming is completed. The site will be populated and quality assurance is conducted.

5. Launch: Once the site is live, we will collect your feedback and make any additional changes required.
