Freedom of Religion

All Americans have the right to choose what religion they wany

Freedom of Speech

All Americans have the right to say whatever they want.

Freedom of Press

All Americans can write about whatever they want.

Freedom of Petition

All Americans have the right to ask for a change.

Freedom of Assembly

All Americans have the right to get together.

Right to Bear Arms

All Americans have the right to hold guns.

Quartering Soldiers

Americans have the right to not give up their home for soldiers.

Right to Privacy

The American Government Can't Search your stuff without a warrant.

Double Jeopardy

All Americans can't be prosecuted for the same reason twice.

Right to a Fair Trial.

If you are charged with a crime, you are promised a "fair trial"

Right to a Civil Trial

You will be given a jury trial if there is no government involved.

Right to nothing cruel

All Americans will not be dealt with cruel or unusual punishments.

Addition to the rights of the People

Even with this list, there's other rights.

The Right to the State

Any Power not given to the government belongs to the state.
