1-Freedom of Religion

Freedom of religion, speech, press, assembly, and petition.

Freedom of religion or Freedom of belief is a principle that supports the freedom of an individual or community, in public or private, to manifest religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship, and observance

Freedom of speech in the United States is protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution and by many state constitutions and state and federal laws.

The right to circulate opinions in print without censorship by the government. Americans enjoy freedom of the press under the First Amendment to the Constitution.

The right to hold public meetings and form associations without interference by the government. Freedom of peaceful assembly is guaranteed by the First Amendment to the Constitution.

The First Amendment includes a provision that says that "Congress shall make no law . . . abridging the right of the people . . . to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

2-Right to Bear Arms

Right to keep and bear arms in order to maintain a well regulated militia.

Rights of accused persons, e.g., right to a speedy and public trial.

7-Rights in Civil Trials

Right of trial by jury in civil cases.

8-No Cruel or Unusual Punishment

Freedom from excessive bail, cruel and unusual punishments.

9-Powers of the People

Other rights of the people.

10-Powers of the State

Powers reserved to the states.
