Speech The First Amendment states that we the people have the right to speak freely without government interference
Press
The First Amendment states that the press has the right to publish news, information and opinions without the governments interference
Religion
The First Amendment states that everyone is allowed to practice their religion and their beliefs without any government interference
Petition
The First Amendment states that everyone has the right to either favor the government or you can make a petition(getting signatures) if there's something you're strongly against and would like changed
Assembly
The First Amendment states that people have the right to gather up and kind of protest in a non-violent manner without government interference
*Right to keep and bear arms*
The Second Amendment states that United States citizens are allowed to have guns(this amendment protects the rights to "bear arms") and lets us have enough freedom to own them as long as we are cautious and careful with the weapons
*Conditions for quarters of soldiers*
The Third Amendment states that no soldier(in times of peace or not)may be quartered in a house without permission from the homes' owner
*Right of search and seizure regulated*
The Fourth Amendment states that no official may search your home and belongings without a warrant from a judge that has a probable cause to issue the warrant
*Provisions concerning prosecution*
The Fifth Amendment states that you yourself are forbidden to testify against yourself if you're being compelled
*Right to a speedy trial, witnesses, etc.*
The Sixth Amendment states that you as a citizen of the United States have the right to a speedy and public trial
*Right to a trial by jury*
The Seventh Amendment states that you are entitled to a jury if you have a civil case but if it's a bad, criminal like case, the jury is not involved in it
*Excessive bail, cruel punishment*
The Eighth Amendment states that the federal government is not allowed to post an excessive bail, make people pay excessive fines, or have unusual punishment

The Ninth Amendment states that the government addresses rights that are wanted and made by the people but aren't technically in the constitution

The Tenth Amendment states that something that isn't written in the Constitution can be used to cancel amendments to it
