American's have freedom of speech in this country.
The 2nd Amendment gives us the right to bear arms.
Soldiers cannot be housed with people without home owner's permission.
Houses cannot be searched without a warrant.
Accused has the right not to speak.
Right to have a speedy trial.
Accused have the right to a trial by jury.
No cruel and unusual punishments
Cannot deny rights of the people
Cannot deny state's rights
