Amendment One

-Freedom of religion, speech, and the press.
-Freedom to peacefully assemble and petition the government.

Amendment Two

-The right to maintain a militia
-The right to bear arms

Amendment Three

-Protection from having to quarter soldiers without consent of the household owner

Amendment Four

-Protection against searches and/or seizure without probable cause

Amendment Five

Protection from the following:
-Persecution without an indictment
-Being tried for the same crime twice
-Having to testify against oneself
-Loss of life, liberty, or property without due process of law
-Loss of property without just compensation

Amendment Six

-Right to a speedy trial by an impartial jury
-Right to be informed of charges and to present favorable witnesses
-Right to an attorney

-Right to trial by jury in any civil case where the amount in question is over twenty dollars
