3RD AMENDMENT

4TH AMENDMENT

  • Protects people from being searched or taking....

5TH AMENDMENT

  • Protects you from being held for getting blamed for a crime.

6TH AMENDMENT

  • Guarantees a citizen speedy trial.
  • A good jury.
  • A lawyer.
  • A chance to confront the witness.

7TH AMENDMENT

  • Chance for a jury trial for civil cases in the federal courts.

8TH AMENDMENT

  • A punishment must be fair, not cruel.
  • Ex: stealing a candy bar; paying $6,000 for it.

9TH AMENDMENT
