2.
WHAT TESTABLE QUESTION DID THE SCIENTISTS ASK?
How can you inject a nanobot in a cockroach without killing it?
Where could you inject it?
Would the cockroach react differently?
Can the nanobot effect the cockroaches life?
How many nanomachines are needed in a given space?

3.
WHAT BACKGROUND INFORMATION INFORMED THE SCIENTISTS?
There is a technique called DNA orgami.
They used information about a computer to tie into the robots

4.
HOW DID THE SCIENTISTS COLLECT OBSERVATIONS AND DATA?
Scientist injected different types of robots.
Robots: E, P1, P2, & N
Studied how the cockroaches reacted to each.

5.
WHAT TOOLS DID THE SCIENTISTS USE?
Microscopes
Nano robots
Tiny computer chips
Injection equipment.
Mini cameras

6.
WHAT RESULTS DID THE SCIENTISTS GET?
E robots only opened up when both cues were present.
Having E and P1 robots together allows the E robots to only open for X cues.
Adding P2, E robots only respond to Y cues.
The N robots stopped the E robots from opening.

7.
WHAT CONCLUSIONS DID THE SCIENTISTS DRAW?
The E and N robots are not compatable
All the robots can work together and then do logical operations.
It allows them to look for more than an AND operation.

8.
WHAT NEW QUESTIONS ARE THE SCIENTISTS LIKELY TO INVESTIGATE?
Will this be able to be tested on larger animals?
How many nano robots will have to be produced for one animal?
Will this testing continue or end?
