What is biomass?

• Biomass is reusing organic material to create energy.
• Biomass is usually made out of dying or dead plants that can not be used as animal feed.

How can biomass help?

• Cuts down landfill waste.
• utilizes organic compounds that would otherwise be thrown away.
• Very very cheap.

Disadvantages

• The only real disadvantage of biomass is that it produces large amounts of CO2
