BIOMES!

  • A biome is a region of earth where the climate
  • Determines the types of plants and animals that
  • Leave there

TYPES OF BIOMES

  • Types of biomes: Deserts,grasslands
  • Tundra,taiga,temperate forest and
  • tropical forest!.

CLIMATE

  • Is a measure of the average pattern
  • of variation in temperature,humidity
  • Atmospheric pressure ,wind ,precipitation

OTHER ABIOTIC FACTOR

  • Factors that charactarize a biome
  • Include soil type , and mount of light
  • And amount of water

PLANT AND ANIMAL COMMUNITIES

  • Plants and animals that leave
  • In a biome have adaptations
  • To unique conditions

TAIGA

  • Taiga has low temperature but
  • Whit more precipitations. The soil in taiga is
  • Acidic and nutriend poor but the trees are evergreen

DESERT

  • Are very hot and the soil is a
  • kind of sandy and rocky

TROPICAL GRASSLANDS

  • Have a few trees, is like the
  • african savannah .
  • Thin the soil support grasses and
  • Some trees

TEMPERATURE GRASSLANDS

  • Have deep soils that are rich in nutrition
  • Grasses are the dominant plants in this
  • biome.

TEMPERATE DECIDUOUS FOREST

  • The brodleaf trees that drop their
  • Leaves as winter approaches
  • Animals that we find are blackbears
  • dere's etc.

TUNDRA

  • Tundra biome is were is
  • the snow

TROPICAL RAIN FOREST

  • This biome is warm thoughout the
  • year.It also recieves more rain than
  • any other biome

TEMPERATE RAIN FOREST

  • This biome is call to many coniferous
  • trees. The forest floor is covered whit
