  • Responsible for the hotel’s catering business facilities, catering food production and catering services.

  • Assistant Food & Beverage Director assists the Director in operations related to food and beverages service quality.

RESTAURANT MANAGER

  • Taste and smell food to ensure satisfaction and taste.
  • Supervise food preparation, portion sizes, side dishes and food placement to ensure costumer acceptance.
  • Plan employees’ working hours and assignments.

HEAD WAITER

  • Assist manager in front office operation.
  • Assist manager to deal with all emergencies in the store.
  • Supervise staff to prepare meal, serve meal and finish the meal.
