  • Began in China and Inner Asia
  • 1347- Kipchak army attacks Crimea
  • Flung infected corpses into the town
  • Italy, Spain, England, France: 1348

WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS?

  • Fever
  • Trembling
  • Sweating
  • Buboes (spots where dead blood builds up)
  • 2/3 of victims died within 4 days

  • Fleas on black rat bites human
