  • Animalia, Chordata, Mammalia, Perissodactyla, and Rhinocerotidae

DIET

  • Herbivore
  • Grass, leaves, flowers, buds, fruits, berries, and roots

LIFE CYCLE

  • 45-50 years
  • 1 (litter size)
  • Solitary
  • Over a year long (gestation)
  • Babies stay with mom until 2 years old

INTERESTING FACTS

  • Prey: Humans and wild cats
  • Favorite food: Grass, fruit, berries and leaves
