BLADDER CANCER

  • Bladder cancer is a cancer that happens in the bladder
  • This happens when the cancer begins with the cells line up in the bladder
  • Bladder cancer mostly just happens to older folks, but can happen to anyone and any age.

EFFECTS

  • The effects of bladder cancer is when blood clots in the urine, this is called hematuria.
  • Although this blood clots doesn't really hurt but it's common
  • Another one is going to the bathroom more
  • Hurting when going to the bathroom
  • When the cancer has grown large enough the effects have grown even more bad

TREATMENT

  • Bladder cancer is treatable when at early stage
  • But even if it is it likely for it to come back
  • Survivors of this can go to doctors to see if it is back

PREVENTING BLADDER CANCER

  • Bladder cancer can't be prevented completely, but there are ways to reduce risks of it
  • One is to not smoke
  • Limit exposure to certain chemicals
  • Eat fruits and vegetables
  • And drink plenty of water

LONG TERM EFFECTS

  • When people do get bladder cancer they get surgery
  • Even though I surgery can relive bladder cancer, it can still have side effects
  • All people's side effects are different, so it un detailed of what they are
