  • One of his most known was when he painted the Sistine Chapels ceiling.
  • As in the background he just painted religious people and gods.
  • Another famous one was the pieto and David.
  • These are nude sculptures of men.
  • He was the firs one to sign his artwork.

  • He was named roman-catholic but he was not strong in it.
  • He was arrogant with others and saw art originating from inner inspiration
  • He believed that every stone had a sculptor within it.
