between tasks. And that affects our performance.

You may not agree?

  • After all, you do multi task everyday,right?
  • Nope.
  • You try to, but end up performing worse on each task.
  • There are exceptions, of course.

So why not use use that time?

  • Time to commute to your work?
  • Time to get your food (in a queue?) 
  • Time to brush your teeth?
  • Time to take a bath? 
  • Or even, time to make a coffee?

Use it to think and plan

Your strategy. Or perhaps your latest post?
