The book starts with a boy named Lewis who’s grandpa dies and in his will it says he wants Lewis’s family too live in his old house. When they get their it turns out that Lewis,gets the room name’d the Libertia and that’s the name of a old pirate ship in the town museum .

Oh yeah, his room is haunted with ghost pirates that used to sail the ship the Libertia. So they really want it back so he has too find a way to get it for them.

One of my favourite part is when Lewis sees the dusty old figures kind of shimmer out of the shadows well he is trying to sleep and then screams in terror then he runs down stairs

Linda Bailey is the author of this book, and what’s interesting is that she lives in Vancouver. I also like her because she is an award winning writer for several other fiction chapter books.
