5. Hide your liquor in creative ways
6. Recycle liquor that the Feds throw out
7. Create cow shoes
8. Get a fast car
9. Avoid storing contraband in obvious places
10. If your alcohol stash is confiscated restock as soon as possible
Runners would outsmart and outrun the law most of the time
Runners would upgrade their cars to out run Feds and fellow runners
They would have informal races to see who was the fastest
This is the start to NASCAR which by the end of the 1940s became a organized sport.
