WHY
The massacre began when an angry mob threw snowballs and rocks at some British soldiers. The soldiers killed 5 colonists in an attempt to defend themselves. 6 other colonists were wounded.

  • Massacre- a gruesome killing of innocent people
  • Mob- a group of angry people
