  • In a book like breaking up the plot is easy to see. When Chloe Sacks starts to develop feelings for her best friends boyfriend everything starts to change. Mackenzie discovers this she decides to turn her back on Chloe and forget all about there friendship and become enemys.

Character

  • Breaking up consists of many characters but the story line revolves around 4 girls named Mackenzie Walter, Isabel Marquez, Erika Connelly and Chloe Sacks

Conflict

  • The conflict in Breaking up is interpersonal. It is interpersonal because Chloe and Mackenzie become enemys when a boy gets between there friendship.

  • The theme of Breaking up is to see the struggles of 4 teenage girls trying to fit in, be loved, be populare and still understand how to keep friendship together.
