Community Fun event, Sunday 15th May 2016
Location: British Club
white awnings (top cover only) with bunting and misting fans
awnings / tents will need to be brought it as the British Club only have green plastic ones available.
Guests need to RSVP to get access to the British Club (need names or a ticket to identify guests to security).
Table and chairs required would need to be confirmed.
No parking at British Club (info sheet sent out to RSVPs with info on location, where to park, how to get in etc).
