COLLEGES I WANT TO GO TO

  • I have all but decided I am going to Endicott College
  • I decided this because of their internship program
  • Students are required 3 three internships for graduation
  • They offer internships with the Boston Bruins, New England Patriots
  • Along with local news stations

RESPONSIBILITES AND CONTRIBUTION

  • Reporting, commentary and analysis, often in an on-air role
  • Research and select content, write articles, and present them on air
  • Some sportscasters work in an announcer role, providing play by play
  • Along with analysis while the sport is being broadcast

OPPORTUNITIES

  • Travel
  • Salary is around $90,000 for broadcasters in spectator sports
  • Offers me the opportunity to follow sports for a living
