  • The purpose of a last minute offer is to optimize occupancy for your location: better little than nothing. When the location is empty, whether it is an event, a seminar, a show or a sports center, our goal is to try to maximize our total revenues, making sure our overhead costs have already been covered.

Why?

  • Only few hours missing to the beginning of your event and yet some tickets to sell...
  • As for Hotel or air tickets , BT4.it ti offers to pre determine the possibility of a "last minute" option.
  • You can choose and implement a ticket price reduction at a specific time /date prior to the beginning of your event .

Create a "last minute" ticket..

  • a"last minute" sale allows you to offer your customers the possibility to join your event at a special price
  • Be careful not to exceed in the discount and do not under sell your product just to increase admissions

  • your Overheads are the critical point. Make sure your sales have added up to covering such costs.!!
  • Don't allow too much time to access "last minute offers"
  • pre determine the number of admissions you want to allow for last minute tickets.

Lets see few examples..

  • Unfortunately, performances are not always subject to how much effort we put into making something successful:
  • For instance, a movie could have not been promoted well enough by the distributors (or not been promoted at all! And we know it happens...) so the show does not perform as expected.

More examples... _

  • A music band, at the beginning of its career, may not be recognized as a premium price band and potential patrons may feel that attending the show it not worth the money.
  • A sports center has periods of the day with limited sales or no sales at all.

  • In all the mentioned circumstances, whether it is a music event, a show, a theater exhibition, a seminar or a sports center booking, by proposing a product with the “last minute” formula, it allows to capture those customers that are interested but have budget constrains or simply don't want to pay full price for that single event.

  • Searching for the bargain deal has been the key to success for many web companies which sell coupons (ie: Groupon, Groupalia etc) by presenting a very convenient offer for a limited period of time and leveraging on emotions for those customers who search the opportunity to save money.

  • The disadvantage of these coupons sales web sites is that it is expensive for retailers or service providers . On one side the offer proposed is attractive for customers but, on the other side, commissions for the service provider are often over 50% of the price proposed. The result of this is that retailers have no margin on these deals or, even worse, negative margins.

  • With BT4.IT you can create last minute offers in a quick and easy way with extremely convenient fees. Managing a movie theater, a concert hall a museum with a resident ticketing system, does not prevent you from using BT4.it to manage your last minute events.

its simple: _

  • Your customer will buy tickets on BT4.it and receive an electronic ticket that will, then, be converted into a fiscal receipt when they access your establishment

  • In all other cases, where a fiscal receipt is not requested, - courses, seminars, sports centers bookings, etc – the ticket issued by BT4.it will be the only document required to attend the event / service.
