Be happy! Buddhists don't say hello they say be happy. They think that being happy is about the way that you chose to live, about not being greedy or sad, but accepting life and only taking what you need.

The four noble truths are the main rules that guide the buddhist teachings.

The way to stop is by following the path

THE NOBLE EIGHTFOLD PATH
The noble eight fold path, also called the middle path or the middle way is the system following the eight divisions of the path to achieve enlightenment and end suffering.
