• Happiness can be over come
• Suffering is caused by craving and jealousy
• To go on a journey and find complete happiness

GOALS

• The main goal was to enlighten yourself and
• to enlighten others.

BUDDHA

• Buddha was the father of of Buddism. He was
• not a god nor did he claim to be. When he
• was enlightened at the age of 35 he learned
• of happiness. He then went around preaching
• his philosophy of life.
