How do I get buff well your talking to the right person. First step go to the gym. Step two go in your basement and do sit ups (300) and (100)push ups.
Do you need to feed yourself a lot of protein to build muscle?
You need a certain amount of protein like if you buy some from the store than it says on the back how much to take. Also you are going to take a lot less than you think.

Have you changed your diet to gain muscle?
Conditions... When you are building muscle you will find no advice on how and what to eat to change your diet. While your muscle building you need more protein. Protein is "any of a class of nitrogenous organic compounds that consist of large molecules composed of one or more long chains of amino acids and are an essential part of all living organisms, especially as structural components of body tissues such as muscle, hair, collagen, etc., and as enzymes and antibodies.

Athletes look at this and think that they need more protein. But they have not even measured there eating. They think they must double there protein in order to gain muscle. There are two types of amino acids "You need essential amino acids in your daily diet because your body cannot make them. If you do not get essential amino acids in your diet, proteins break down, resulting in muscle loss and problems with repair. Amino acids, which are building blocks of proteins, can be essential, non-essential or conditional."the two types of amino acids in your body are essential like I just said above essential are the acids we cannot make we must get them from foods(rich foods, protein foods) and non essential that's the type of acids our body's can make.

When we eat the protein it immediately breaks down into amino acids witch our body's can be used for muscle building. Carbohydrates increase the insulin level in your body and helps the body build new muscle here are some snacks that should help you gain muscle faster
Two glasses of low fat milk
A low fat health smoothly(strawberry)
Any lean meat sandwich because meat is protein
Tuna with pasta tuna is the protein and pasta is the carbohydrate.

I chose muscle building because it's easy for me to teach people how to gain muscle.
