BUGATTI

  • Normal car runs with one radiator, whereas Veyron is equipped with 12 radiators to cool down its 987 bhp monstrous engine. 2.The entire engine of Veyron is made by its two technicians, who assemble entire components with their hand only. No automatic machines are used for the complete assembly. 3.The top speed of Veyron is about 431 km/h, but it cannot travel at this speed as it has only 26 gallon capacity for gas, which will run dry after 50 miles at a speed of 253 mph. 4.Plastic, aluminum and steels are used for the front grille in normal cars, but in Veyron, grille is made up from the titanium material in order to withstand frontal collision. Not only grille, but also the bolts are made up from the titanium in place of stainless steel. 5.To service the engine, entire rear of the car must be removed. 6.There is a special tool used to remove the wheel from the Veyron, and it is found only in France. So it is the only place where you can remove the wheel from Veyron. 7.Only 300 Veyron will ever be made, out of which 240 have already been sold out, and every single car is completely different from the other. No two cars will ever be the same. All current 240 buyers have been male, accept Ferdinand Piëch’s wife, (Ferdinand 8.Piëch is currently the chairman of the supervisory board of Volkswagen Group.). 9.The whole Veyron is made up in three blocks and there are only fourteen bolts that hold together all three part of the car. 10.The pumping capacity of the Veyron‘s fuel pump is seven to eight times more than the pump used in normal car. 11.At top speed, Veyron consumes the amount air equal to the air consumed by a single man in four days.

Who made Bugatti

Ettore Bugatti was born on September 15, 1881, in Milan, Italy. His father was a well-known artist and carpenter. The furniture he built was exquisite and sold well beyond the Italian borders. Little did he realize that his newly born son would leave a mark of his own on the world.

WHERE WAS IT MADE

  • Automobiles Ettore Bugatti was a French car manufacturer of high-performance automobiles, founded in 1909 in the then German city of Molsheim, Alsace by Italian-born Ettore Bugatti. Bugatti cars were known for their design beauty (Ettore Bugatti was from a family of artists and considered himself to be both an artist and constructor) and for their many race victories. Famous Bugattis include the Type 35 Grand Prix cars, the Type 41 "Royale", the Type 57 "Atlantic" and the Type 55 sports car.

WHEN WAS IT MADE

  • Made in 1909, Bugatti is known by most people today for its production of the super exotic Veyron sports car. However, the company also has had a very storied past in automobile racing, including one car, the 1924 Bugatti Type 35, which just may be the most successful race car ever built. It had more than 2,000 victories during its time. Today, the Bugatti nameplate and company is owned by the Volkswagen auto group, and it only produces one model, the Bugatti Veyron 16.4.
