Thesis statement:
Bullying is a serious issue that has been overlooked by many people and those civilians, being parents, teachers or just neighbors should take the time to learn about ways to make bullying victims feel more safe in environments that they are chronically in.

Bullying is unwanted, aggressive behavior among people that involves a real or perceived power imbalance.
