Burritos are a traditional food of Ciudad Juárez which is a city in Mexico.
Burritos may have originated in northern Mexico.
The word burrito means "little donkey" in Spanish. The name "burrito" as applied to the dish derives from the appearance of bedrolls and packs that donkeys carried.
How to cook : 1.) First make the chicken mixture by melting butter in a large skillet, then sauté the onion and garlic, then stir in the chicken. Add 1/4 cup of chicken broth and 3/4 cup of picante sauce.
2.) In a large sauce pan, add the rice and 2 1/4 cups of chicken broth. Let it simmer for 20 mins 3.) then add the remaining 1 1/4 cup of picante sauce and let it simmer for 5-10 mins.
4.) Preheat oven in 190 degrees celsius 5.) Stir chicken mixture in rice and add the sliced olives and two cups of cheese and mix well 6.) put the filling in the tortilla, fold the sides and the end then wrap in aluminum foil. 7.) bake at 190 degrees celsius for 10-15 mins.
