Norway's population of less than 5 million makes gdp $79,000 / Person
A very large sovereign wealth fund was developed by the large oil deposits that happened.
Therefore they have a high quality social system and infracstructure .
Norway has developed thriving industrial and service sectors that are able to draw on services of a highly educated workforce and now has major companies opearing in hi-tech fields.

Business Structures

norway is not very non-hierarchical in business.
norwegians are in common with Scandinavians. due to not being non-hierarchical , Which means they arent very organized or have any base workers.
Hierarchical means a structure of where there are levels (Chain of Command)

Management Style in Norway

Bosses are expected to act as coaches. Also act as the 1st amongst equals.
Its best that the bosses are to encourage out of all colleagues and for them to ensure a good allocation of company resources.
