Attempted to solve the problem by hiring more employees, but the issue of time management continues to be a problem.

Julie M. Smith owns her own law firm called Julie M. Smith. Problems that Julie M. Smith face is the lack of clients at certain times. This effects the business because revenue decreases. This issue is face every few months.
Julie M. Smith tried to advertise the law firm by buying advertisements in the phone book, newspaper, and magazines.

To solve this issues personally I would create system based on location. Instead of having the employees serving based on paperwork, the employees should work based on location. Set up districts of the area the business serves in and divide the work among the employees. Saving time and resources the employees should be able to deliver more paperwork in a shorter time.

I would recommend advertising in a different way that approaches her potential clients. For example, advertise the business on the internet and have advertisements at businesses near the court houses.

I learned that business face different problems such as time management and how to advertise their business to potential clients.
