What is Matcha?

• Matcha (pronounced “Mah-cha”) is a finely ground powder of specially grown and processed green tea. It is comprised of the entire (whole) leaf ground up, so when it is ingested you recieve the maximum benefits of its potency.

• Educate customers on the numerous health benefits of Matcha
• Offer tradtional coffee and espresso drinks in the cafe for the "non-adventerous"
• Serve Cold-pressed juices and smoothies made with fruit and vegetables, some infused with matcha.
• Offer matcha desserts & baked goods.

• To source funding from friends, family and collegues to complete our mission.
• To use personal and real- estate capital funds to further our mission

• Thursday & Friday 11am-7pm Saturday 9am-5pm Sunday 10am-3pm
• Closed Monday-Wednesday which will be used to do all of our prep for the upcoming week
• We would like to explore the options of increased hours of operation, but will start with the current listed schedule.
