1. Need to update the current offering. Customers ask for more sizzle and updated look and feel. Need to see a pressrelease that things are evolving and get excited about new products and services.
Resources need to be added for Sales, marketing, on-site installations and technical support. R&D integrates into the CA team. We also need to address certifications, procurement vehicles for a channel that offers cloud solutions and where we have all Telcos represented and select SIs.
2. On the product side we need to map out what can be sold in 6-12-24 months and get marketing material to follow.
3. We have to use and benefit from the Sectra established position and brand on the medical side and upset existing customers but in exchange find new customers. The Imaging Exchange Portal need to go mobile and should perhaps be outsourced outside regular R&D as it could be overwhelming given the existing resource constraints.
