  • The butterfly name is the larva.
  • A butterfly looks like a moth.
  • As the caterpillar grows it sheds his or her skin.

Pupa Cycle

  • The chrysalis most species are brown green and blends in the background.
  • The butterfly's call there name as a pupa.

Butterfly Cycle

  • The monarchs wingspan is 33/8-47/8 inches 18.6-12.4cm/.
  • The pictured butterfly on the left is a monarch which is a fairly large.
