Osprey Challenge Course

Osprey Challenge Course

  • Develops a personalized progam to better target specific needs and expectations.
  • Caters to studentclubs, friend groups, teams families, non-profits, corporations and other outside groups.

Challenge course Cont.

  • Low Team Building & Zip line package- (3) package includes basic low elements with additional advancement into intermediate level initiatives to build on the foundation of team work and the opportunity to experience one of two zip lines.
  • Low/High Ropes Team Building & Zip line - (6) Includes advancement elements from basic low elements course and an opportunity to challenge your team's skills on the high elements through the Osprey Challenge Course. Finalizing the experience with one of two zipl ines
  • Zip Line Program- (2) Total of four zip lines, two hydraulic powered and two gravity lines, also experience one or both of the zip line options.

UNF Nature Trails

Features:

  • 5 miles long, with three main trails and two loop connector trails
  • 500 acres of natural habitat
  • Open to the public to walk, jog, bird watch, or just to enjoy nature

Visitor Information

  • Open during daylight hours only, 365 days
  • Groups are welcome; please call ahead to check for conflicts
  • Picnic areas are first come first serve
  • For your safety, walk or run in pairs; note red numbered posts
  • Enjoy natural areas at your own risk; follow all posted signs

Nature Center

Features:

  • Students can rent kayaks, paddle boards, and canoes to enjoy the lake
  • Students can check out camping gear, such as tents, sleeping bags, and gas stoves..
  • Fishing

Visitor Information

  • Personal floatation device required for every person
  • Be prepared and watch the weather
  • Eco Adventure leaders plan and lead overnight and day wilderness trips which feature hiking, kayaking, canoeing and white water rafting trips.

  • Activities include flag football, volleyball, sand volleyball, indoor soccer, outdoor soccer, softball, basketball, racquetball, tennis, kickball, and much more.
  • Every intramural league and tournament sport is divided into three leagues of play: Men's, Women's, and Co-Rec.
