Hero-
A person who is admired or idealized for courage, outstanding achievements, or noble qualities.
Villain:
A person who has committed a crime.
Black widow
Natalia Romanova got her start as a Soviet spy who wanted to make that American metal man pay.
Dr. Doofenshmirtz
Initially the villain in "Phineas and Ferb",he tried to be a good guy and helped Perry the platypus ,but went back to be a villain in the end.
Deadpool
Started as a anti-heroes who attacked the New Mutants and work as an assassin but after the 90s he was carrying his own as a hero soon enough .
