The railroad used mostly Chinese and workers.

Unlike America, Canada's rail road did not have two railroads that joined together.

SIMILARITIES TO AMARICA

• Was transcontinental (East coast to West)
• They both used Chinese workers.
• Competed in the 1800s
• Freght and people.
• Where both great accomplishments

DIFFERENCES FROM THE USA

• There was only 1 railroad rather than 2
• Was completed 16 years later
• Didn't really use American class locomotives (4-4-0)
• Canada had worse winters.
