Greek myth

Capricornus's father, Cronos heard that his son would eventually kill him so he killed all his sons. But Zeus's mother gave Capricornus and Zeus to the sea people to protect them. Amalthea a goat raised them both, which is why Capricornus is half goat. Zeus eventually became stronger and killed Capricornus's father. He placed Capricornus in the sky to honor Amalthea.
