CARBONARA RECIPE

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

INGREDIENTS

  • Spaghetti/Fettucini x 1 pack
  • Bacon x 8pcs and 1 tsp of olive oil
  • Sauce : 1tbsp of unsalted butter, sautéed 1/2 cup of white onions, heavy cream 200ml
  • Seasoning : Mixed Italian herbs x 1 tsp, salt and pepper to taste
  • Finishing : Egg yolks x 4 separated, Grated Parmesan Cheese 1/4 cup

CUT BACON INTO SMALL SIZE & FRY TIL CRISPY WITH 1 TSP OLIVE OIL

STEP 3

PREPARE SAUCE

PREPARE SAUCE

  • Melt 1 tbsp of butter to sauce pan
  • Sautéed onions till translucent
  • Add heavy cream
  • Put in seasoning and bring sauce to a boil

FOURTH STEP

PUT PASTA INTO SAUCE FOR 1 MINUTE AND PLATE IT

  • Place egg yolk on each plate
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese
  • Sprinkle crispy bacon
