PRESENTATION OUTLINE

Casa Rio

San Antonio, Texas

Food:

  • Presentation: Colorful plate- lots of yellow and orange, some green. Pretty enough to take a picture
  • Smell: Delicious Mexican food, refried beans, steamed meat passing by.
  • Taste: Sauce gave a very spicy and tangy taste, beans and rice were cooked right and the vegetables soaked in sauce were perfect

Food (Cont.)

  • Enjoyability: The vegan enchilada was so great tasting and I loved the different mixes with the veggies and rice and beans.
  • Texture: The flour tortilla gave soft and savory feel with the cooked vegetables soaked inside.

Ambiance

  • Design: Colorful umbrellas and tables laid out through the river walk
  • Cleanliness: Outside by the river walk was pretty clean despite the birds walking and flying around you.

Ambiance (cont.)

  • Sounds: Mariachi band playing to customers, birds chirping, people talking, ferries passing by in the river.
  • Lights: Colorful and nights up the night all through the river walk.
  • Comfort: Very relaxing and enjoyable to eat the delicious food

Staff

  • Friendliness: The waiter kept getting refills, they smiled a lot, they were very helpful and patient
  • Knowledge: They made a very clear vegan meal with no cheese and no meat unlike some restaurants slip those in.
  • Efficiency: Food was served within first 20 minutes when ordered.

Overall Impression:

Best experience and best restaurant I ever ate in San Antonio, if you go to Texas I recommend this place.
