THE MISSIONARY JOURNY OF ST PAUL

• St. Paul is an apostle who was inspired to spread the gospel. So he sailed from city to city to spread the gospel he had three journeys.
• He went to Lystra, Lycia,Cos, Derbe, Tyre, Miletus, Ephesus, and to Tarsus.

PENTECOST

• The first Christians had concerns and fears that what happened to Jesus would happen to them. But Jesus did not abandon them he sent them a special counsellor. That special counsellor was the Holy Spirit.And even though there were some people who had no faith the numbers of Christians increased.

ACHIEVEMENTS

• Following Pentecost the number of followers increased
• Apostles started the spread the message of God to all.
• Peter understood that everyone should be able to hear Jesus messages and not to judge people.
• Peter stressed that three was no distinction in the eyes of God between Jesus and Gentiles.

CHALLENGES

• Some disciples did not remain faithful.
• The first Christians struggled to understand what they had witnessed.
• Some Christians did not know what to do when they lost their leader Jesus.
• Many followers of Jesus though that he would establish a mighty Kingdom and make Israel a great place but that was cut short.

GODS PLAN

• Today a lot of people are carrying out God,s saving plan eg charities that give to the less fortunate people of today's society. the government who carries out justice, and priests and everyday people honour God every single day. By going the church or just respecting God in everyday things.
