2.
Cells
The structural, functional and biological unit of all organisms.
Cells can be either prokaryotic, archaea or eukaryotic.
Cells can be unicellular(single cell) or multicellular(many cells).
Cells divide to make other cells by the process of mitosis or meiosis.
Cells contain organelles that perform certain tasks within the cell.

3.
Energy
Energy is the ability to do work as well as affect physical change
Energy is important to life because it allows for locomotion
Energy also lets organisms do things like respiration and reproduction
On a cellular level, energy is required for cells to perform functions
Energy is needed to maintain homeostasis

Information
-Genetic information is the blueprint of an organism
-The genetic information, DNA, is found in the nucleus of cells
-DNA can be used to understand the relationships between various organisms
-Sensory information is what's used to interact with the physical world
-Sensory information is interpreted by sensory organs

5.
Replication/Reproduce
To make copy, duplicate or close imitation of something.
Organs that work together for the purpose of producing life.
Protects species from extinction.
Single organisms can reproduce without the aid of another.
Two basic forms are asexual and sexual.

6.
Evolve
To develop gradually into a complex form.
Evolutionary processes give rise to diversity of organisms.
The importance of natural selection cause evolution into branching biology
Genetic material from one generation to the next.
Some traits picked up from the environment.
