R is for: Rumble, after jonnny dally were put in the hospital the Socs,and the greasers were to have a fight. Pony boy was very sick but still fought. But in the end Johnny ended up dying.

S is for: Stay Gold, right before Johnny died he realized that it was a good thing to die. To let those kids live instead of him. And for Pony boy to stay different and be himself , to never change.

T is for: Tug of war, soda was going through a tough time. His girlfriend moved away from him with another boy, pregnant. He loved her so much, he still wanted to marry her but she didn't feel the same way. During this Pony boy and Darry kept fighting and soda hated it, they didn't even notice him. When either one of them needed help they would ask him to pick a side. He was sick of it and he wished they would just get along. Soon they made up after they chased soda and instead fighting they would try to stay together.

U is for: Unbreakable, when Johnny had died dally had finally broke. They all thought that dally would always be tough. But he finally got to his breaking point. Johnny was the only one that her truly loved and cared about.

V is for: Vacant lot, after Johnny had died,dally broke his breaking point. Johnny was the only thing he cared about.After the death he robbed a grocery store and the police were chasing him. He called the gang and they went to meet him, and saw him get shot because he pulled out his gun which wasn't even loaded it was just a bluff. But dally too died that day.

W is for: Week, after the death of Dally and Johnny, Pony boy got and was very sick. So he had to stay in bed for a week. He hated it so much and he wasn't even aloud to smoke without Darry getting after him. After that he just wasn't the same.

X is for: X-Ray, when Johnny saved those kids and the roof caved in the wooden bored fell on his back. When he was in the hospital he couldn't feel anything from his waste down.lucky for him her couldn't feel most of his three degree burns all over his body. Before he was to be hospitalized he had to have an X-Ray to make everything was okay. But it wasn't.

Y is for: Young, Pony boy had finally realized after soda ran into the lot because he was sick of Darry and him fighting that Darry had given up a lot at a very young age just to be able to be with his brothers only at the age of twenty one and havering to take care a provide for two kids that aren't even yours.

Z is for: Zero,when Pony boy was sitting outside the store, while Steve and Soda were inside the Socs came up to him but he wasn't scared at all. He felt no emotions he wasn't sacred, mad,glad or anything. When they approached him accusing him of killing their friend bob he was ready he held up a cap bottle. He told them to leave and they did. Steve told him not to get hard or be him and not like a normal greaser.
