PRESENTATION OUTLINE
The wine vessel was used to hold winery. It was made out of bronze which makes sense because the Chinese really did have well made artifacts made out of bronze. The Kings armies had weapons made out of both copper and tin, two very strong materials. So this bronze vessel does show government.
This stone statue was crafted from Chinese artisans. This proves that in the Shang dynasty people did have social standings. The social classes are: Nobles, Craftspeople, Traders, farmers and peasants.
The oracle bone was actually originally a cow's bone. The king would heat the bones and the cracks would be said to be a message from the family's ancestor. Many people in the Shang dynasty believed that this was the way to get advice from dead ancestors.
This is another oracle bone that has writing on it, the writing from the Shang dynasty had logographs and pictures that were said to be writing. Of course the writing changed as the dynasties had came along.
Above is a bronze vessel that was used to hold wine or liquid. This vessel was made from craftspeople that carve out beautiful objects from jade, bronze, copper and many more. Craftspeople also help in the Chinese army. They're jobs in the military are usually blacksmiths that craft weapons out of both copper and tin.
Here is a bronze knife crafted by the craftsmen. Materials making this knife was bronze, copper and tin. The combination between the materials are very strong and they didn't only craft knives, but spears, swords, axes and many more in the military.
