PRESENTATION OUTLINE
Abuse, Johnny's dad beats him. His mom ignores him and when she isn't ignoring him she is yelling at him. Also the Socs beat him up and he was in really bad shape and he is always quite now.
Blade, the Greasers and the Socs had them. They are knives/razors. Darry tells Ponyboy he should have one because he got jumped by the Socs and didn't have anything to defend himself with.
Cigarette, the greasers always have their cigarettes with them. They all sit down and have a smoke and relax. They say a smoke always lessens the tension. It also calmed them down.
Darry, he is the oldest brother. He takes care of Ponyboy and Sodapop because their parents died. He is muscular and looks older then he is. Also he is very smart.
Edgy, Ponyboy and Johnny are very edgy when they have to run away because Johnny stabbed a Soc. They went to Dally for help. He told them to run away to a church and get a weeks worth of food. He gave them money and a gun.
Frightened, Johnny got afraid when the Socs were talking to them and he noticed that one of them had rings on. When Johnny got best up one of the Socs had on rings. Johnny is always scared of the Socs since they beat him up.
Greaser, they are kids that are poor and don't have a lot but each other. Ponyboy and his two brothers are greasers. They have long greasy hair.
Haircut, the Socs like to jump the greasers. One day Ponyboy decided to walk home and the Socs jumped him and kept asking him if he wanted a haircut. They never did cut his hair but they did cut him.
