PRESENTATION OUTLINE

A is for Attractive
Pony thinks his brother soda is attractive. He wishes he could look like his brother. Soda gets all the girls with his good looks. Which makes pony wish he looked like soda. He also wishes he looked like Paul Newman because he looked tough.

B is for Blue
The color of the mustang was blue. The blue mustang that jumped Johnny. The blue of the mustang makes Johnny scared and he turns white when he sees it. The blue mustang means that something bad is about to happen.

C is for Cherry
Cherry was a girl pony met at a drive in movie. Cherry is a Soc, but she is different because she doesn't hate greasers. Cherry is an outsider just like ponyboy.

D is for Darry
Darry is ponyboys oldest brother. Darry is very hard on pony, but loves soda, ponys other brother. Pony tries to act like he doesn't love Darry but know he's lying to himself, because he really does care about Darry.

E is for Eyes
Pony always describes people's eyes. Darry's eyes are brown. They can be filled with love one minute or hatred the next. Darry had his fathers eyes.

F is for Fountain
The Socs tried to drown pony in a fountain. Pony was trying to get away from everyone. The Socs found pony and Johnny and took it to far and tried to kill pony.

G is for Greaser
Being a greaser is like being part of another family. Greasers stay together, but if they get in a fight they let the person get what they deserve. So the fight is fair.

H is for Home
Greasers have rough home lifes. Many greasers become part of a "gang" to get away from their home. Being a greaser is like having a new home because your "gang" is like your family.
