1. Made of Cells

Unicellular organisms have one cell and multicelluar cells have more than one cell

2. Respond to the Enviornment

The organisms has to react to the changes in it's enviornment

2a.) Respond to the Environment

Homeostasis is when it stays the same, like your body temperature when you're not sick

3. Needs a Main Source of Energy

We get our main source of energy from food. A plant's main source of energy is the sun.

4. Adapt to their Environment

We adapt to the changes in our environment like a chameleon does to a new background

5. Able to Reproduce

It needs to be able to make more of itself

Asexual Reproduction

It makes a copy of itself, cells don't need two parents to make an exact copy of itself

Sexual Reproduction

Reproduction that takes two parents to make, like these twins were made from two parents

6. Grow and Develop

The organism needs to be able to grow up and develop
