FACTS
Was a French inventor, scientist, mathematician, and balloonist.
Charles and the Robert brothers launched the world's first (unmanned) hydrogen-filled balloon in August 1783.
Joseph Louis gay-Lussac lost His Work Because It was Credited by Jacques Charles.
Charles was elected to the Académie des Sciences in 1795 and subsequently became professor of physics
He married Julie Françoise Bouchaud des Hérettes

A balloon blown up inside a warm building will shink in lower temp.
Bread raises because of air exspanding.
Human lung shrinks in colder warm causing shortness of breath
